I reside in Dublin for over last 10 years. By now I am accustomed with all kind of dishes and restaurants available in Dublin. My husband and I love to hang out with friends and family members and dine out with them. Both of us are really social by nature and love to invite guests to our house. Last weekend, I invited my some dear friends to my house. As reluctant as I always was about cooking, I ordered some food from outside. I ordered some Italian dishes that were really tasty and enjoyable. Even my guests enjoyed the food and passed on some flattering comments on them.

Dublin is a perfect place to taste all kinds of foods from different continents of the world. Starting from Argentinean to Italian, my husband and I have tasted various kinds of cuisines over last 10 years.

A perfect dine out with Argentinean cuisine: Last year, my husband surprised me by taking out to an Argentinean restaurant for dinner. As foodie as I always was, my husband knew that this could be the best birthday gift for me. We had a perfect dine out by having lip-smacking dishes like Grilled meat (parrilla), beef steak, Chorizo (pork susage), morcilo (blood sausage), chinchulines (chitterlings), mollejas (sweetbread) and many other dishes. We also had Chimichurri, a sauce of herbs and chilli, milanesas, schnitzel (breaded and fried meat) and empanadas. These are primarily used as snacks and starters in parties and picnics across Argentina.

Italian: As I said earlier, last weekend, when some friends came to my house, I order for delicious Italian dishes like pizza, pasta, ravioli, and enchilada. These are some of the all time favorite delicacies across Italy. There are nine major types of pizzas that are easily available in Dublin - Margherita, Calzone, Stromboli, Marinara, Neapolitan, Deep dish, New York style pizza, California style pizza and White pizza. We ordered for Deep dish pizza, also known as Chicago style pizza. This type of pizza is not so flexible and baked in a deep pan with toppings under the cheese and/or marinara. This style of pizza was first said to be made at Pizzeria Uno is 1843. Pasta is also available in different types such as spaghetti, pellizzoni, capellini, vermicelli, barbina and many others. We order for spaghetti pasta for our guests cooked with spinach, cottage cheese, and red chili flakes.
